We have a small unfurnished bedroom for rent in our 3 bedroom townhome. It is just about big enough for a twin bed and a dresser. We are only 9 miles from downtown Nashville and Percy Priest lake is 2 miles from us. We live in a quiet neighborhood. This would be great for someone who is not home much like a full time touring musician, just a full time musician, a truck driver, flight attendant or traveling construction worker. There is only 1 bath so it is shared already by 3 adults. Rent will include utilities. There is no cable in the room but Direct TV box can be added for $6 more a month.About us. My husband and I are musicians, I am a drummer, singer, songwriter, actress and fashion designer. I work part time but also work out of my home. My husband is pretty much here all the time. We are easy going. We do not have pets yet but are looking at a small doggie pair. We are conservative. If you do not like Fox tv then you may not want to consider us. You should have stable income as rent MUST be paid on time each and every month. 1 month rent plus 1 month deposit. Renter's Agreement provided.
