Security deposit with first and last month s rent Lease: 12 months with possibility of extension The House Newly constructed 3 bedroom 2.5 bath house with brand new carpets, windows, fixtures etc. We are renting 1 bedroom with a closet, shared bathroom and common spaces I. E. (kitchen, a half bath, garage, living room, laundry room with washer/dryer, and back yard). Parking is located on the street in front of the house (plenty of parking spaces). No pets allowed and unfortunately no children as the room offered is too small. Couples would be on a case by case basis. We ask that all common areas must be cleaned after use. We are located not far from I-5 and 99W with plenty of grocery stores, libraries, and amenities around. The Roommates There are 3 of us total and we are looking for a fourth roommate. All of us are very clean, responsible adults who work full time jobs. Ideally we would love to have another clean responsible roommate join our household. We are all fairly easy going folks with hobbies, and would love to have someone to match that energy. The neighborhood is a family friendly place so not a lot of noises past 10-11pm. We Are all rather social and like to hang out with each other, but it is not required. Sometimes we do like to have guests over for BBQ and game nights from time to time, but all guests need to have permission from the landlord (who lives here in the main bedroom). Again we would ideally prefer a single, clean, working, and responsible adult who is seeking a comfortable home for the year.
