The apartment is 10 minutes from Clemson University and 6 minutes from Southern Wesleyan University. The Cat Bus stops by every 15 - 30 minutes and the bus stop is a short walk from the apartment. The complex comes with 2 pools, a basketball court, a sand volleyball court, and a dog park. There is also a free workout room for residents to use as well as a free printer and tanning bed.
