There are two master suites and 2 bedrooms that share a large 5-unit bathroom with separate sinks. There is also a formal living room with a fireplace, dining room with wet bar, gourmet kitchen, family room with fireplace, breakfast room, office/library, powder room, full laundry room, and a large backyard with a dining area, patio seating, large bbq, and a heated swimming pool with spa. I play the piano (during the day only) and there is a baby grand in the living room. All of the rooms have hardwood or tile flooring. Everything is high-end. There is also a pool table in the garage. Across the street, there are lighted tennis courts. The house is on a cul-de-sac and our neighborhood is filled with large homes and mansions. We are in close proximity to Santa Anita Race Track, LA Arboretum, the Metro Gold Line Station, and cities of Monrovia, San Marino, and Pasadena. There is ample street parking. Your Room and Rent Your room is semi-furnished with a large queen bed, nightstand, and lamp. You can bring a desk and bookcase if you like (I can also provide a desk). The room has plenty of sunlight and hardwood floors. It is on the upper floor and has a lovely view of the backyard and pool. Your rent includes internet, security system, gas, electricity, trash, and water provided you are mindful of energy consumption. The television in the family room has a guest Netflix profile, access to Amazon movies, and HBO, which you are welcome to use and enjoy with us. Gardening and pool services are also included. You will be expected to chip in for housekeeping. About Us I am a divorced mother and C-level executive with one middle school-aged child at home. We occupy the master suites. We are extraordinarily clean and live a healthy lifestyle. This is a non-smoking, non-drug using household. We are a family. We laugh a lot, we argue a little, we never belittle. About You We are seeking someone interested in the quiet enjoyment of the home while they focus on their profession or education. Our ideal roommate will rarely have guests over and never has overnight guests. This person will be gentle with our possessions and environmentally-conscious. Come join us for a while (considering 3-month to 1-year tenancy, no month-to-month). We will run both credit and background checks.
