The rooms can be furnished or unfurnished as you choose. I have a bathroom which would be yours, but if I have guests over it would be used by them on occasion. I have a large heated garage with room for one car. I have a patio, grill and a fire pit. I'm looking preferably for a female roommate. Single moms with one to two children would be welcome. I also have two cats and would be open to my roommate also having a cat. I am a very clean and tidy person and would expect the same in a roommate. I am offering a month-to-month lease.
