The room for rent is a main floor bedroom and is large, (12'x 13'), with good lighting and a north-facing window. It has typical closet storage, plus extra storage niche above. Semi-private bathroom (occasional shared usage by house guests). Kitchen pantry cabinet space is provided for each person. Shared common areas (with shared chores)- kitchen, living room, laundry room, outdoor spaces- porch, deck, garden. The house and kitchen are furnished.
