I need a roommate for the Fall semester only as I am graduating in December, and need to fill the empty bedroom in my apartment. ?The apartment is located in Wedgewood Hills which is within close walking distance to Pinch Penny Pub, Aspen Court Apartments, and the Rec Center. ?The apartment is 2br 2.5 bath (yes you would have your own personal bathroom!!). It is townhouse style with an up and downstairs and a HUGE deck! ?It also has a provided storage unit (can see in deck picture). Cable, trash, and wireless internet is included in the $450 rent with electrical and water totally up to around $80 per month per person (depending on usage). ?The lease would start in August and go until December. ?Call (217)-251-XXXX if interested!!!
