I am a professional female with an 8 year old son who's here part of the time. I work full time and I'm working on my Master's Degree. I'm clean, drug free, non smoker, non partying, only drink socially and only on special occasion. So, if you smoke and keep it in your room or outside, I'm willing to discuss.I have a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment (already furnished) in a luxury apartment complex on the south side of Lexington (near Tates Creek and MOW).I'm looking to rent out the Master bedroom portion with full bath and walk-in closet from March 1st to July 25th.Doesn't matter if you're male or female, must be CLEAN and NEAT (in shared living area), PROFESSIONAL IN ALL WAYS, non partying/smoker/drinker (in the house), invitees kept to a minimum, RESPONSIBLE... DRUG FREE $400 + 1/2 utilities (est. $170) (internet/TV/phone, water, trash, sewer, electric). Feel free to call me, but can text me at 606-340-XXXX. The complex has all kinds of amenities, but only if you're on the lease (and I'm not willing to rewrite a lease to add someone) but you should be able to use them without to much hassle. Will accept $525 a month flat if you pay all upfront ($2,625), so that would be $2,625 for March, April, May, June, July (through the 25th) and that would cover electric, internet, water, trash, sewer.Small friendly non-chewing animal that you're willing to "crate" is ok ...again responsible...TV is negotiable.
