Laundry facilities are in the building and the apartment complex has a swimming pool and occasional social activities.The entire apartment IS furnished, INCLUDING THE BEDROOM THAT IS AVAILABLE. Because it IS COMPLETELY furnished, there is no room for additional furniture. I need someone here that needs aFURNISHED room.THE ROOM IS AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY AND I AM LOOKING FORSOMEONE TO MOVE IN AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.The rent is $680 per month. That price includes ALL of the utility bills except for the cable (meaning TV, phone, and internet service). (I am seeking someone who WILL financially participate in the cost of the "house" phone [which is "bundled" in with the cable TV and internet bill].) And a security deposit of $500 is required.
