Los Angeles My name is Adam and I am currently looking for a roommate in my 2 bedroom condo in Hollywood (near the Hollywood Bowl) at the Cahuenga Hills Tennis Condominiums. I've been vegan for over 15 years and would love to find a fellow vegan roommate (or at least vegetarian). Individual rent is $1,800 and includes everything (water and internet) except for gas and electric. First month, last month plus 1 month security deposit (negotiable). Your room includes a big walk in closet and a private bathroom. The condo has a private patio with a beautiful view. This is a gated community with plenty of parking for yourself and guests. There’s plenty of washers and dryers on site. The closest laundry room is literally right down the hall. There’s additional laundry rooms on each floor of the building (there’s also an elevator). Other amenities include 2 pools, a jacuzzi, 2 gyms, a tennis court, 1/2 basketball court, sundeck and a private hiking path that overlooks all of Los Angeles. Pets are welcome! There is plenty of green space around the community to walk your dog. This is the perfect place for pet owners in Hollywood! Located near the 101, so it makes a great central hub for getting around LA. About myself: I’m 38/male and am an artist (ambient music, experimental filmmaking, drawing). I spend a lot of time quietly working on my art in my room. I alternate between working from home and in an office (1 week home, 2 weeks in the office). I’m an introvert/extrovert. Meaning that I enjoy getting together with friends to go hiking, see a movie/concert, or hit up a barcade. But I also value my private/alone time. Occasionally, I’ll have friends over for dinner/movie night or to hit up the jacuzzi. You are always welcome to join in if you’d like! I’m not a party person but will host friends over for my birthday, or have a bbq for Memorial Day weekend and other infrequent celebrations. Once in a blue moon I’ll have out of town friends spend.
