No preference to gender just ask that you are clean and laid-back. 420 Friendly!! Serious offers only, please. Rent is $995 total so split between 3 people it is usually less than $400 per person and that is including utilities (sometimes higher or lower than 400 depending on utility use that month) Walk in closet and own bathroom; close to campus - there is a UNCW shuttle stop too. Common areas are already furnished (You would just need to furnish the bedroom)and I do own a cat - so no other animals please (he doesn't get along with them). He gets along with people fine and keeps to my room. Contact me and we can set up a time for you to come look at the place. August 4 2015 would be the move in date (maybe a little earlier)
