The home has both a living room and family/dining room, utility room, plus a large kitchen so we won't be bumping elbows. The yard is large enough to accommodate BBQ's and puppies and more. The home features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, hardwood floors upstairs and pet friendly tile downstairs (pet rent is $35/month for the first pet and $15 per additional pet). Ideal candidates won't mind that we are a Smoke free, drug free home. Rent is $675 per person, plus shared utilities. Let's ask each other lots of questions to see if we would be a good.
