Single female looking for RM mate to share expenses. Live in a safe very nice place, and be able to save money instead of paying every penny for living. Non smoker, no pets. Respond via email. located near Akron Canton airport. I have a large open space available for you to rent. All utilities are included electric, gas, water, trash, cable TV, central air. You would have lots of privacy. Place is big enough that it would be like living alone. We wouldn't really have to see each other. Not looking for boyfriend or friend, need responsible roommate to split expenses. I guess its called living beyond your means! The place is way too big for just me and my landlord is making it too expensive. But I like it here and don't want to move! Great location 2 minutes off 77 but in a very nice residential area. Quiet neighborhood, there are just too many reasons to list why I love it and want to stay. Students welcome would be room for 2 students! If you have any questions please ask, dont pass up a good place to live!!! /p>
