I am looking for a roommate (male or female) to share a trailer on 1/2 acrein Sebastian, FL,I am a 53 year old woman and I have a small cleaning business, and I'd like to share expenses with someone. The location of the trailer is very quiet and the neighbors and nice. It's a country setting but it's exactly 1 mile to Riverwalk Shopping Center at the corner of US Hwy 1 and Roseland Rd. The rent of $400.00 a month includes cable TV, electricity washer/dryer, heat and a/c, plenty of room to park your vehicle, a garage for storage, and a privateroom with an attached bathroom. The room is furnished, complete with a TV.If you havefurniture you would like to put in the room, I can putmine in storage.Whatever you'd like!Also, your room and my roomare on opposite ends of the trailer, which is rather long, and you can't hear anythingfrom either room. It's very private.I'm a very sweet person and easy toget along with. I have a catand he stays in my room. I also have a little Shi-Tzu, and both are quiet and well-trained.
