This room is large with great big bathroom and large wall to wall built ins! Full background check at a cost of $25 to be done prior to moving in, this will be deducted from first month rent. All utilites, living room satelite with DVR, and internet included. Beds currently not provided, but maybe possible for small fee. Large gazebo, large porch another deck.
