Howdy! I'm graduating in December, so I'm subleasing my 3 bedroom apartment in Aggie Station for the spring and summer semesters. Rent is $509/month with utilities running about $30-40/month. However, I am willing to supplement $100 each month. The girls you'll be living with are super sweet and clean. The complex has a nice pool, free printing, a fitness center, study rooms, and a lounge in the clubhouse. The complex is pet friendly and the deposit has already been paid. There is one roommate that has a cat but he s really chill! It's located on Wellborn and it's a 3-5 minute drive, a 10-15 minute walk to campus, or a 6 minute bus ride on route 15.
