They've decided to tear down and rebuild and I have to move quickly and relocate. I don't mind paying a pet deposit one time fee but not every month or I am SSI recipient disabled and I'm semi-retired and still do Odd Ventures on the side to keep the cash flow going. If I can hold down a two-bedroom household two vehicles with insurance, pay for life insurance, pay all the necessary house utilities, cell phone come home soon, internet, food, credit cards and two teacup Yorkie on the income that I have. I can afford to live fairly nicely, if someone would just give me a chance, like the Owner who's putting up an ad right now and remembering when they first started, what you had to go through to get where you are now! I moved in here 2009 I've been here ever since and it's 2022 of May. So it's been awhile since I have had to jumps through criteria hoops, doors being closed because of my lack of references, job history. I'm disabled and keep to myself, am I being penalized? So, on paper I cannot verify the unverified income that I make on the side, only the income that comes from my disability which isn't 3 x the rent. So I need a break, can anyone help me without relaying me to endless agencies, I need someone like a private owner, who know what I'm going through and take a chance on me.
