LARGE HOUSE & LARGE YARD--WHEELCHAIR ACCESS; REASONABLE & NEGOTIABLE. I am a musician looking to form a duo ("Everly Garfunkel"--folk/rock/country/ blues. If you sing or play, we would be a hit! I am generally quiet--no TV no radio/stereo---would like you to be on the quiet side, too. We would be on separate floors. I can play in the basement and top floor can't even hear that far. View (from top) as far as the bluffs down by Holmen--20 miles away. Quiet neighborhood--corn fields a mile long on both ends of 300'(fenced) lot--one of them across the street to the south. good sun all day. I can send pics from my phone to your phone #.
