Looking for someone (preferably female) to take over my lease for me ASAP at 412 Lofts Rent is $539per mo but I am willing to pay $39 a month to bump it down to $500, the apartment is fully furnished also with a washer and dryer in the unit. Rent also includes wifi, cable, water, a work out room, a tanning bed with unlimited tanning, as well as a study room with free coffee during the week and a pool table! You would have to share a bedroom, but the beds are Full XL sized and are bunked so there's a good amount of space!(My roommate has not been living there so you would more than likely be alone for a while until she found a subleaser) You also get your own closet and there's a bathroom directly connected to the bedroom as well. If you are looking to move with a friend, there's another spot open in the same room so rent per person would only be $500!! Please feel free to message me for more details.
