Month-to-Month after that. No pets please. Utilities is covered up to $100. If PGE or water goes over $100. The rest is split up with the other 2 roommates. So if the bill is $160. You will be responsible for an extra $20. We do have high speed Wifi, which we expect each roommate to pitch in about $20. Most of us are using Roku now instead of cable. Looking for someone responsible with a reliable job. We are past our partying days and are just looking for a quite home to come to after a long day at work. We do things together like volunteer, watch a basketball game, or go out to eat. Home is quiet, clean, and well maintained. Located near bus stops, a movie theatre, and shopping areas.
