I have to leave Austin end of Feburary due to my job situation so I need someone to take over my lease from March to July 2015. Rent is $1200/month, and accepts pets (pet rent is extra $15/month). You pay for water, sewer and electricity. Internet/TV connection is AT&T fiber so you can get GigaPower if you want. For parking, there are free unassigned spots for residents/visitors within the complex and also assigned carports/garages are available for rent. I don't have a carport and haven't had any trouble finding parking. The unit is on the top (4th) floor (building has elevator) and does not share walls with any other units - so only downstairs neighbor. This place was brand new when I moved in about 6 months ago, with nice new kitchen appliances, central heat/AC, walk-in closet, washer/dryer connections, and small patio. The complex has a pool, a grill, onsite laundry room, and a community center with a small gym. Walkable to either UT shuttle (Intermural Field) or city bus (#7) stops.
