Our beautiful 2-bedroom, 1-bath 1000-square-foot house is available for a 3-month lease, with an option to stay month-to-month afterwards.This apartment building, West River Station, presently leases 2-bedrooms for $1720 ... however we got a large amount a while earlier and our lease is $1475. We need to leave early and our property owner is allowing us to transfer our special to a brand-new tenant. Lucky you, fortunate us!Aside from the $37 Application Fee, there are no associated fees with moving in. They are waiving down payment, pet deposit and animal lease. Meanings your pets can come totally free - and no size limitations!Once the 3-month lease expires (Feb 28, 2015) you will have the alternative to remain in the house on a month-to-month lease. Our property owner states it is extremely probable the lease will remain the exact same!
