Cheers,We have a Zen-like room with East Morning Sunlight and tree views. It is an excellent refuge for anyone wanting to test Boulder out, someone waiting to move into their permanent residence, on a ski/biking vacation, business traveler, intern-here for short term training programs, or family situations. It rents for $285 per week (7 nights) and is located on the fifth level of our home; very private with a shared bathroom (only two people uses this bathroom), quiet, and clean. The room can ALSO be rented on a Month-to-Month basis $695.00 (discount offered @ under $25 per day).We offer the added extra benefits of a sauna (infra-red) and workout room. We allow two scheduled saunas per weeks + unlimited work-out room usage. Room cost is $725 per month if you choose this extra optionThe room offer wireless internet connection, has basic cable and a flat screen-HIGH DEF TV, shared bathroom, plenty of privacy, Central Heat and Air, towels-a wonderful place for your temporary stay. We are centrally located to Denver, Boulder, Longmont, and Louisville + close to IBM, Crispin Porter Advertising, Celestial Seasons, the Massage and Acupuncture schools, and the Eastern campus of Naropa University. Downtown Pearl Street walkway is 10 minutes by car and we are on the Busline (two blocks away).NOTE: The Best way to secure this room is to call us directly or provide your phone number when you write back. . Our "Reply Back" to you via email can wind up in your Junk Mail Box, and you think we never wrote back. We will respond by email, however the best bet is sending us your phone number or calling us. When up-it coverts the room into your private office or lounge allowing plenty of space. We have created built in shelving throughout the room and in the closet to store your clothes. The desk is equipped with a comfortable office chair. It faces East looking at the tree-tops which inspires anyone writing about anything-even your bank book! Need transportation? Ask about our Smart Car option (See picture BELOW).If you rent Month-to-Month you would receive cooking privileges, laundry facilities, a well stocked brand new kitchen, and decks plus yard with open space views. We have a grill for your usage. We are very close to walking and riding paths here, and we even have a place for you to store your bike. Month to Month all utilities are included.If you rent Weekly there are no cooking or laundry privileges: However, there are many restaurants, supermarkets, and laundry facilities available throughout Gunbarrel and Northeast Boulder! We have a common refrigerator for your snacks + drinks and there is a microwave available-you do have kitchen and dining usage.We have a $100.00 refundable security deposit for weekly & monthly rentals. Coming from a large home to a "bedroom" for 6 weeks was a mental challenge for me. BUT Roland and Caswell were forward thinkers and converted the bedroom to den, computer room or home office with a Murphy bed. They created an entire wall systems, desk and storage.
