I'm offering:A underground shelter with enough food and water to survive a nuclear war or economic meltdown where survival was at risk. I'm a school teacher with a passion to stay busy. I have 160 acres I use as a hobby farm in the country next to my brothers 80 acre farm.Whether this safe haven is in case of a disaster for you, your immediate family, kids or grandkids, just know I'll have a place available for your loved ones if or when such a disaster hits. I'm just a pubic school teacher wanting to share the expenses to make sure the place is outfitted with the state of the art long-term survival equipment. The major costs have been the excavation, land, septic, labor and the shelter itself. Other costs include appropriate air filtration (CFM) units and food storage which require knowing how many will be allowed in the shelter.My place is located near Hodgenville/Elizabethtown. It is about an hour southeast of Louisville. The poured concrete shelter will also be burried in one of my hills/mountains underneath several feet of dirt, which is more than adequate to handle nuclear radiation. You'll be able to pull up to it in any vehicle, but it will remain descrete. It will be equiped with proper ventaliation, blast valves, weapons, food, water, lighting, basic entertainment, etc. The basics to survive any nuclear situation, an economic meltdown where there is no fuel or food available.There is currently a new (2012) cabin in the woods built that utilizes rain water with 2 new generators available with plenty of stored gasonline & solar powered equipment. It also has running city water with "regular" plumbing. A nice wood-burning stove is also on site to handle life without electricity until order is restored. There is a running hard-bottom creek that runs about a 1/2 mile through the property as well. Cows are on site as well as an abundance of deer for food and unlimited firewood.This "safe house" is only being offered to 1 group outside of my family. It will be more than adequate to survive a nuclear situation and we will also have you a part of our community, should the US be in an economic meltdown where events cause no gasoline and food to be available.Within our "nuclear / disaster safe house" would be a former police officer, teacher, soldier, nurse, mechanic, hunters, etc. This is not a "low-rent" group of people barely surviving. We want to be prepared just in case. And if our stockpile of food expires after 15 years, great! There were no problems and we'll eat the food and re-purchase more.Any and all your efforts are welcome to prepare just in case. #1...I enjoy doing "fun stuff" and planning...#2..It's nice to be prepared...#3...4 is the limit...Not even 4 and a dog. $5,000 for each additional spot reserved above 4, but 6 total spots is the maximum you'd be allowed. $25,000 is the cost for 1 or 4.If/when the time comes, you just need to get to the location. No need to bring guns, ammo, food or anything. Just bring yourselves and all the supplies you could quickly throw into your vehicle you didn't want to leave behind. Between the food supply, water, sanitation and security, we'll be able to survive any situation.Email for any questions. I spend over $10,000 per year on interest alone on this heavenly property, so I won't feel guilty taking your $25,000...I'll feel a little bit proud knowing I'll be responsible for the well-being of 4 others as well. Again, we hit with Ping clubs, are avid hunters, enjoy a little Nascar, seen the Mona Lisa and the Staravarious in person. I coach academic teams only to rush home to sit on a tractor for hours and think about nothing.
