The grocery store and restaurants etc ( downtown inner sunset so to speak) are only 2 blocks away on Irving street. Both the rooms are fully carpeted and are equally sized (almost 170 sqft each) and large enough to fit a queen bed, desk, bookshelf, and drawer nightstand while still having sufficient space! ( And I also have a TV in mine! ) The master bedroom has access to a gorgeous backyard patio shared with the landlord where you can garden and a private access to the bathroom. Both rooms have large closets with sliding mirror doors and large windows providing bright, natural light. The rooms also have their own heaters. The rest of the apartment features a large living room (currently hosting a large sectional sofa, a TV , a coffee table and our spare mattress while still having plenty of walking room ), a separate dining area, and a huge ( and I mean really huge for 2 people ) kitchen with a lot of storage space! There is a separate washer - dryer for the apartment in the garage. The area is also pretty good for street parking.
