The home features consist of: INDIVIDUAL LEASES, totally free cable television and web, a heated pool, a computer lab, a workout facility/weight space, aerobics/multipurpose space, a SAUNA, a STEAM ROOM, an outdoor grill/fireplace, onsite management, 24-hour maintenance, research locations, recreation room, a bike rack, a sand volleyball court, and a SHUTTLE to the campus of UCCS. The unit features include: a PRIVATE BATHROOM, carpeted bed rooms, stainless steel home appliances, granite counter tops, a large closet, main heating and air, it comes totally furnished (bed, desk/chair, dresser, side table), has a large restroom with a shower and bathtub, and has a porch with a BEAUTIFUL mountain view. The system is a 4 bedroom flat, for which there are three other women. I enjoy living right here, however am trying to move to a various school next semester so I am really hoping to discover someone to take control of the lease, I would pay for the December rent and January rent can be gone over. Pets are enabled in the apartment, but with an extra pet fee as well as the approval of the roommates. The pictures reveal are not photos of my exact space, but were found on the internet site.
