Looking for someone to assume my lease for August 2011-July 2012. Save $$. Rates have increased for next year but you will keep this year's rate. Rent includes everything: water, heating/air, saltwater pool, gated parking, volleyball, FREE TANNING! & it is a quick walk to GCSU & right next to the school shuttle.I renewed my lease for another year in order to keep it at a lower price per month, because they just recently increased the rent to $553 + $10 water/trash fee; anyone trying to get a new place without subleasing will have to pay a higher price.This means you get a lower rate for a year! With the option of renewing the lease later on.Everyone I have met at the Bellamy, the staff and neighbors are great. My room is in a 4 bedroom/2 bath Lanier plan. Each apartment has a patio.
