I renewed last week due to crunch time of finding a place to stay and now I need out of my lease due to a family emergency that requires me to move down south. The rent is $539 (Fully furnished wooden floor unit). W/D in every unit upstairs, mini-fridge in each room, walk-in closets, central HVAC (air/ heating system), spacious bathrooms, pet friendly with NO breed restrictions, resort style pool and Jacuzzi, if you like to tan- there are two beds available, 24/7 computer lab, upstairs fitness center and gated entry. Maintenance is done in a timely manner, CABLE and INTERNET included.
