Trying to move out of Blacksburg but stuck on lease until July of next year, trying to find someone to cover that. The rental is the upper floor of a 2,159 square foot house, private bedroom with a shared living space, washer/dryer, kitchen. The other two roommates are working adults, quiet and generally stay to themselves when not at work. The house is smoke free and close enough to downtown to allow walking but far enough that student traffic is largely limited to passing cars. The bedroom is the smallest in the house which has resulted in a deal for the smallest portion of the rent (with utilities included) coming out to usually less than $650.00 a month.
