Signed two leases at Brook Place in Huntsville, TX, but later found a better deal in Bryan, so we need to sublease ASAP!!! We signed a contract for a 4 bedrooom, 4 bath, unfurnished, co-ed and pet friendly. And when I say unfurnished it means no tv and something else. Unfurnished apts still come with beds, computer desk, couches, kitchen table, washer/dryer, microwave, fridge, coffee table, end tables. Not sure what sex we ended up getting roomed with. The apt complex has tanning bed, weight room, computer lab, with printer, pool, volleyball court, pet park, shuttle to SHSU, cable, internet.
