Im currently living at this house with the landlord it has 3 bedrooms (your potential room will be unfurnished), 2 baths (the hallway bathroom/your potential bathroom will be shared when guest are over), access to the tennis club and gym, spot to park on you car in the driveway, full kitchen, washer and dryer. It’s in Rancho Bernardo area very quite and safe neighborhood. No cigarettes smoking the others are fine outside. About whom you'll be living with: (Landlord) is a 27 professional and part time student, likes to have fun, plant and dog mom (2 dogs) and loves to cook. Works Monday-Friday 7:30am- 5:30pm and now taking architectural classes from 6-9 online home office. About money: Rent and security deposit is $1350, utilities are separate, and you pay half. If you work remote, the pay is 2/3rd utilities instead of half (1/2) because of more energy consumed. Landlord is aiming for a tenant whom has good credit, a job and/or business owner, can get and pass a background/credit check, and include your rental history. Availability: Looking for a person to stay at least 3 months or until July 1, 2022. Ready to move in 1st of the year (January 1, 2022).
