If you like the apartment you can extend the contract easily. I am looking for a female. the apartment is a 4x4. Private bathroom. All utilities except electricity are included. Pet Friendly. Will be around $434 a month with a $100 down payment. Access to TTU by bus line 48, and it moves from manager s office.
