I will be moving end of March and looking to sublet April until September. You can also talk terms with the front office if you would like a longer stay. No rent due until May. $1065 a month for rent does not include $55 water bill and a $100 or less light bill (determined on your usage). Apartment is not furnished but does come with dishwasher, stove, and refrigerator. The complex is pet friendly. My neighbors are really nice and never complain. My apartment s the only 1st floor apartment with a fire place. In the summer the inside of the apartment stays relatively cooler around 75 degrees. There is onsite laundry, pool, hot tub, and dog park. You can park anywhere you want long as your in a space. You will have to fill out an application, pass a background check, and may have to pay a deposit depending on credit. Please have no prior evictions or you will not be eligible to do an application.
