I am subletting 1 bedroom in a 2 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment at Iconic Village. Rent is $469/month, and I will be covering the $100 sublet fee. The lease runs from August 15, 2014 to July 31, 2015. Rent includes access to on site washer/dryers, cable and internet, parking, and all of the property's amenities and front office perks. Iconic is one of the trendiest urban living places in San Marcos. Located off of N. LBJ in a booming section of town, Iconic Village boasts the deepest pool in San Marcos, a community garden, and chalkboard walls in the common area! The front office itself has a coffee bar, computer room with printer, and a room filled with art supplies that is available for use at any time. Just a short walk to campus, LBJ also has many restaurants, shops and bars just a couple blocks from the property. My specific unit is located on the first floor, with the front door opening directly to the community garden (see photo.) As much as I adore the property, a family emergency has made it impossible for me to live in San Marcos for any longer.
