I am moving to California in January for school, so I will be subletting my space in a 5BR on Summer St in Somerville. I am looking for someone who will stay from February through the end of August (when the lease is over). Depending on the situation of my roommates, the offer may be extended to get on the lease for 2015. You can move in before February 1st, since I will be out by the weekend of January 25th. Rent is $670, and utilities and cable average ~$50/month. (It was less than that in September/October, but I expect it will increase over the winter.) The apartment takes up the top 2 floors of a 3-story building. The first floor is a separate apartment. There is also a basement with 2 laundry / dryer sets. Fixtures in the kitchen are all new. The current roommates are all male, all good friends of mine that I've known 10 years+. They are all professionals working in the Boston area, and all between 25 and 30 years old.
