I am looking for someone to take over my lease from May-August 2014. I live in bedroom C of a 4BR apartment. The apartment is fully furnished. Each bedroom has keyed entry and its own private bathroom. I have 3 female roommates. You would be paying 3 months of rent, at a rate of $615 a month.The rent includes all utilities. If you would like to remain at the Summit after the summer, you can keep your contract and Summit gives you renewal discount. Rent now is $615 a month, which includes all utilities. Location: the Summit, 363 Richland Ave, about 15 minute walk from campus. However, there is a shuttle that runs every 20 minutes between the apartment and campus.
