Hi. I am looking for a sublet to take over my lease here in Stillwater, OK. The lease ends October 31, 2019. I have a nice 1 bedroom apartment at Cowboy Town Apartments. The rent is $550. The apartment is located on the 1st floor so you don t have to climb any steps. There is only two bills, renters insurance, which is inexpensive, and the electric bill which has sense got cheaper since winter is over. The apartment will be available for June 1st-October 31st. Pets are allowed, but there is an extra fee you ll have to pay to the leasing office. You will have this apartment all to yourself. I will not have any reason to show up or want the apartment back.
