Both leases haveanoptional $20 covered parking space that is rightin frontof the unit in question. This is a third floor apartment room withitsown personal bathroom. The apartment is fully furnished for the kitchen, living room/commons, and bedroom. Dryer and washer are also included in the unit and are in the kitchen. The unit isequippedto be cable ready and hasfree internet for the building, but also has outlets to install personal routers and modems fora private network.This is shared with 3 other roommates, all male. If a female is requesting toroomhere, permission would have to be gained from the other roommates. Pets are allowed, but also requirepermission based on size and breed.Inthe main building there is a an outdoor pool, sandyvolleyballcourt, a small dog park,gym, basketball court,arcade, study room, computer lab,conferenceroom, and tanning room.
