I am looking for a someone to take over my lease for the summer, for the months of July and August, and maybe half of June if you are willing. The room I am subletting is the master bedroom that has its own bathroom as well as a big walk in closet. The apartment is also equipped with a full kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, gas oven, along with a dishwasher. The apartment is locating on the second floor in building 10 of the Arbors Apartments. The Arbors is a gated apartment complex that is equipped with cameras as well as nightly security so that your stay there is as safe as possible. Amenities include a pool/jacuzzi, fitness room, and lounge with a pool table and tv that are all available 24/7. The Arbors doesn't have assigned parking so all you need is a permit from the office. From Friday-Sunday, no permit is needed so guests can park inside the gate if needed. The Arbors is approximately half a mile away from Downtown Davis, and less than 1.5 miles away from campus! This location is prime in that In N Out, a barber shop, and a liquor store merely are down the street! The apartment goes for $699.
