Looking for someone to sublease my room in a 3 bedroom Milledge unit at the Retreat for the summer. Ideally at the end of the semester (around May 10th) until the beginning of Next Fall semester, but dates are obviously negotiable. The unit is 1349 sq. feet. It comes pre-furnished so the first floor has a couch, loveseat, dining room table with 4 chairs, and a few barstools for the counter. To rent this directly from the Retreat would cost you $799 a month not including utilities. I believe my roomates will be staying for the Summer and they have no issues letting you use their pots and pans as well as the living room TV. I will be leaving my ninja blender, rice cooker, knife set, and also all of my cooking gear as well for you to use. I have an upstairs bedroom with a window looking over the running path and forest. My room has a walk in closet and a personal bathroom. I will be leaving my 55 inch 4k smart TV mounted in front of the bed with Vizio surround sound and a subwoofer. The desk and my comfy office chair will also remain (but not the computer sorry). Over the queen size mattress that came with the unit I have put a 3 inch memory foam topper to help you sleep like a king. I also installed LED color changing lights underneath the bed so it has a great evening vibe. Parking is very easy, there are a ton of spots around so you and any of your friends can park in any spot without a cover. They won't tow unless you are under a covered spot. Free internet is also included The Retreat also offers a ton of amenities to residents that you can take advantage of. Free printing services, a gym, sauna, pool, tanning beds, and on days you feel like a senior citizen you can use the golf simulator.
