Hello to all! I'll be moving out of the state in the near future, and I am looking for someone to take over my apartment lease ASAP. This is a room in a comfortable and CLEAN 3 bedroom apartment at the The Grove in Huntsville, TX. This is an individuaul lease so you are only responsible for paying $500 each month for your room. You will have only one other roommate. If you are a college student at Sam Houston, it is literally walking distance from campus. It has a nice, full-range kitchen, dishwasher, washer and dryer, and full fridge. All utilities paid along with a $30 cap on electricity ($90 cap divided amongst all three roommates), which has been SO convenient throughout my 2 1/2 years staying here. Huge, walk-in closet and a spacious bathroom, to compliment a fully furnished apartment. This is a really great apartment unit with a GREAT pool area, and a cozy clubhouse that includes a clubhouse library, free-color printing, and a bistro that offers free coffee! Overall it's a great deal!
