Beautiful 2 bed/2 bath, ground floor unit in the LeMontreaux apartment complex on Steck and Mopac. Move-in November 1st; lease is up August 2020 with an option to renew. We are looking for someone to take over our lease as we re closing on a house in a week. Floors are a dark wood vinyl throughout, and there is a small patio. The apartment is across from the pool, and there are lots of amenities! A club room is available for rent with a pool table and ping pong table. There is also a movie theater room with a huge TV screen and comfy chairs. There is a gym with weights and cardio equipment. The complex has four laundry rooms, and there is some covered parking as well. Le Montreaux is a concierge community, and they offer services such as laundry service, maid service, movie rentals, etc. The complex is pet friendly with a limit of 2 pets. This is a great spot! It is close to the Allandale area/Burnet Rd., the Domain, shopping and restaurants. Perks include no pet deposit ($500 It will stay with the apartment) and no security deposit. If you do have pets, there is a pet rental charge of $15 per pet. The complex requires a credit check, which is $50.
