I will not be returning to Texas State so I NEED someone to take over my lease. It's a 4 bedroom 4.5 bathroom townhome apartment with 3 other really chill and fun girls. Large, spacious, furnished personal room, bathroom, and closed. Wifi, in unit washer and dryer, and a balcony! Walking distance to the pool, clubhouse/gym, and the bus stop. Campus is about a 3 minute bus ride away and a bus comes every 7 minutes. I really enjoyed this place and would love to stay, but I will not be staying in San Marcos. Can take over the place ASAP and the lease is for Fall and Spring semester.
