Hi everyone! I'm subleasing my 2x2 bedroom at the Villagio (https://villagiosanmarcos.com/) starting April/May and ending July 31st. You can renew as well, if that's an interest. I'm in bedroom B which is the biggest room in the apartment. You will have your own private walk-in bathroom as well. I originally pay $645/month however I'm willing to take $150 off the rent (you will only be paying $495/month) and cover the cost of water which is usually $50/month. You will only have to pay the reduced rent and 1/2 the electricity. You will have one roommate who is also living there until July 31st.
