Closet in Bedroom Access will be available to common rooms (both bathrooms, living room, kitchen, dining room), linen closet upstairs (you'll have half, I'll have half), coat closet downstairs, and the kitchen spaces. What I'm looking for in a roommate: Single with no children, Stable Income, Stable Job, need to be able to pass the complex requirements (background, rental, credit and criminal checks), NO DRUGS, NO 420, no partiers. Looking for a stable professional young lady who is looking to have a safe home, stable roommate, who likes to go out and have fun, but also chill at home. I also ask for good boundaries and respect of personal property. I have stuff I bring home from work from time to time and I need someone who won't go through the paperwork or my computer.
