I currently have two rooms available to rent out. I live in a three bedroom, two living room, two bath, double wide mobile home about 10 miles out of battle ground Washington. It sits on a five acre lot with quiet but friendly neighbors. I am looking to get $350 per room a month. I pay for the utilities except the garbage which will be divided among the renters because I do dump runs and do not have city garbage pick-up.I also have internet.I am looking for individuals that are respectful and easy to get along with let alone live with. i am currently asking to meet with those interested in a public place before i even show the rooms for my safety from the unknown.
