Currently searching for one or two people to sublease our apartment. We live in The Chesterfield Apartments above Virginia Book Co. The sublease would be from May 1st to July 31st. Can negotiate beginning date if it needs to be later, we're flexible. The monthly rent is $1,245.00 so that would be $622.50 each if there are two people. Two bedrooms. One bath. Hardwood in the kitchen/living room and hallway. Tile in the bathroom. Carpet in the bedrooms. (Was newly installed when we first moved in.) Utilities included. Laundry in basement. We are willing to include our parking passes. This would give you access to the Broad Street parking garage above Barnes & Noble. This would save you $310.00, since 24 hour street parking isn't available during the week. We have loved living here for the past two years, but I'm graduating and my roommate is going to London for the summer so we are unable to finish our lease out. We need to find people as soon as possible, so please contact me if interested and we can arrange a time for you to check out the place.
