My wife and I are moving December 15th and our current apartment lease in the Veranda Highpointe extends until 7/25/2018. We are looking for someone to sublease. The Veranda Highpointe is on I25 and Hampden. We live in a 2 bedroom 1300 sq. ft. apartment that is extremely nice and is on the second floor overlooking the pool. We do not have any animals and the carpet was replaced before we moved in, May 2016. The apartment is extremely clean and the community management is great. There is an attached parking garage that is 5 floors. Lazy river, hot tub, and 3rd pool are open year round. Very nice gym included. Our current lease extends through 7/25/18. We are willing to COVER your application fee for the sublease as well as pay 1/2 first months rent, meaning once approved all you are responsible for would be the rent. Rent for the apartment is $2033/month, lower than most since we have been living here since 2016. Please contact us if you are interested.
