WE WILL REDUCE THE MONTHLY RENT OF $2,200 BY $500 MAKING IT $1,700 BY ISSUING A CASHIER'S CHECK IN THE AMOUNT OF $6,000 UPON SIGNING THE LEASE TAKEOVER. WE WILL ALSO COVER THE APPLICATION FEE OF $350. The apartment is located at The Standard at State College which is a two-year-old apartment complex built to house Penn State students. This is the cypress unit the largest unit The Standard offers You will be sharing the apartment with 2 other roommates but will have your own private bedroom and bathroom and you will only need to share the common area and kitchen. The apartment is located on the 11th floor overlooking the entire campus, Beaver Stadium, and the Nittany Valley. You will be renting bedroom C, which is the Deluxe Bedroom, and comes with: - A private living room In the living area comes a soft brown leather couch, coffee table, and smart 50-inch flatscreen TV. - A fully furnished bedroom with a full-size, memory foam, mattress pad, bed frame, armoire to hang all your clothes, and multiple sets of drawers, along with a desk and desk chair. - In the bathroom, there is a granite countertop sink with cabinets, a white porcelain toilet, shower, and a bathtub. The kitchen comes with all stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops along with an in-unit washer and dryer. The Standard offers a variety of amenities that are available 24 hours. They have a fully functioning gym, tanning beds, a club room, a golf simulator, an infinity, pool with a hot tub along with grills. When we signed the lease this past October it was at the discounted rate of $2,200 per month. Now if you were interested in the same apartment, it would be at a higher price with no incentives.
